Hold April 18 on your calendar. If the weather permits we’ll gather at E. W. Grove Park on Charlotte St. It’s where we kicked off last season and seems only appropriate to start our 2025 outings there. If it’s still too cold I will give at least a week’s notice of any change to an indoor venue.
Looking ahead: I am waiting on confirmation from Carson Ellis as to the date of the 2025 Azalea Festival. As soon as I have it I will pass it along.

By this time I typically like to post a tentative calendar for the year. However, nothing about the past few months has been typical, so what I will do is post THE DATES but hold off on the precise venues until I know they’re open. So many of our favorite spots sustained damage, so I am hesitant to commit until I know they’re good to go. Given how many places may not be available this year we will likely have either fewer outings or repeat the same spot twice.
